This amendment modifies solicitation HSCG80-17-Q-P45F16 for the U.S. Coast Guard to change the procurement status to full and open competition, removing the Small Business Set-Aside due to an insufficient number of anticipated responses. The acquisition seeks the procurement of two KULITE Diesel Engine Start Air Transducers, specifically one 100 psi rated unit (P/N: ECS-10E-1000 GP-100G) and one 300 psi rated unit (P/N: ECS-10E-1000 GP-300G). The contract utilizes the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process to ensure the best value. Delivery is required FOB Destination to the USCGC Spencer in Boston, Massachusetts. Interested vendors must provide their DUNS number and submit quotations to the designated contracting points of contact, Anthony Johnson and Jacqueline Handley.
