Full Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation Number SPE605-18-Q-0206 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75. (iv) This acquisition has not been set-aside for small businesses and is issued under Full and Open Competition in accordance with FAR 6.1. The NAICS code is 324110 and the size standard is 1,500 employees. However, the small business size standard for a concern which submits an offer in its own name, but which proposes to furnish an item it did not manufacture itself, is 500 employees. (v) Any resultant contract will be a Requirements Type Contract with Economic Price Adjustment with a period of performance from date of award through June 30, 2019. All line items included herein will be awarded to the Lowest priced Technically Acceptable quote on a line by-line basis.
