This solicitation is for the acquisition of Fuel System Maintenance for the U.S. Consulate General Guadalajara. If you would like to submit a quotation, carefully review the attachments, and submit your proposal to the email address mentioned in the contact information section, only email proposals in English will be accepted. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a quotation at the lowest price technically acceptable. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Questions are due by June 16, 2025, at 12:00pm CST. Questions will not be accepted after this time. Quotations are due by June 22, 2025, at 12:00pm CST. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
