***The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center (PIFSC), intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), with Eastern Mountain Optics, Inc., dba Baker Marine Instruments located in San Diego, CA for the overhaul and repair of Fujinon 25x150 Binocular, Mount, and Angle Rings including (4) spare rings.
***The sole source determination is based on NOAA’s requirement that Eastern Mountain Optics, Inc., dba Baker Marine Instruments is the only authorized vendor in the United States that can service the Fujinon 25 x 150 Binocular, Mount, and Angle Ring as follows:
