The contract will be issued as a firm-fixed-price purchase order with performance obligations extending through November 15, 2026, under NAICS code 811210, which carries a $34 million size standard. Sole-source justification is based on the vendor’s exclusive authorization in the United States to service this specialized equipment, with no other supplier capable of meeting the government’s technical requirements. This notice is not a solicitation for competitive bids; however, other firms may submit written documentation within fifteen days of publication to demonstrate their capability, which will be reviewed solely to assess the necessity of proceeding without competition. All communications must be in writing, and no oral responses will be accepted.
