In order to be considered in this market survey, please reply by close of business Friday, 25 March 2011. 22 CONS is interested in quantifying and pre-qualifying the likelihood of setting aside competition for Furnishing Management Office (FMO) services for McConnell AFB to a small business. Depending upon the response to this notice and other market research, 22 CONS may limit the competition to a specific category of small business at the exclusion of all other potential business concerns. This announcement serves as a first step for 22 CONS to determine the viability of setting aside the procurement of FMO services for competition solely within or among certain small businesses in selected categories.
