The Virginia Department of Social Services (herein referred to as “VDSS” or “Purchasing Agency”), seeks to obtain quotes from highly qualified and experienced Bidders to establish a one (1) year term Contract, commencing upon award of this solicitation, with two (2) optional successive one (1) year renewal periods. The Contract will allow VDSS to purchase a variety of Visa and/or MasterCard Gift Card options both in the physical and digital form (herein referred to as “Gift Cards” or “Cards.” Gift cards (physical and digital) shall be available for all Card amount increments of $10, $20, $25, and $50. Orders will be placed as needed with no minimum processing requirement. Extra charges are not permitted or allowed and the price per Gift Card shall be all inclusive of any-and-all delivery charges and processing fees. No additional processing fees will be accepted; and the Bidder must account for all prices in the bid price.
