The “FY’ 2025 NJDOT Municipal Aid & FY’ 2025 NJDOT Safe Streets to Transit Improvements to Davis Street, Hallowell Lane, Sayrs Avenue, and Decatur Street” consists of improvements to the following roadways in the City of Camden, Camden County, New Jersey:Davis Street (From Sheridan Street to Ferry Avenue (C.R. 603))Hallowell Lane (From Decatur Street to Ferry Avenue (C.R. 603))Sayrs Avenue (From Hallowell Lane to Davis Street)Decatur Street (From Hallowell Lane to Davis Street)The work for this project includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major work items:1. The roads shall be milled at 3” or less and overlayed with 12.5M64 Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Course, 2” Thick, where indicated.2. HMA pavement repairs using Dense Graded Aggregate Base Course, 6” Thick; 19M64 Hot Mix Asphalt Base Course, 4” Thick; and 12.5M64 Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Course, 2” Thick, if and where directed.3. Resetting or Reconstruction of Stormwater Inlets using existing or new casting, where indicated.4. Installation of new Inlet Type A, with Trap, where indicated.5. Installation of new bicycle safe grates, where indicated.6. Resetting of manholes using new casting, if and where directed, and reconstructing of manholes using new casting, if and where directed.7.
