The contracting office is located in Tyler, Texas, with contract administration handled by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts and key points of contact provided for inquiries and submissions. While packaging, invoicing, accounting codes, and specific inspection protocols are not detailed in the presolicitation, the core evaluation criteria focus on geographic availability, staff qualifications, and cost competitiveness. The government retains the authority to extend the term of the agreement without further competition, contingent upon satisfactory performance and funding availability.
