AI Contract Overview
Allamakee CSD is seeking bids for E-Rate Category 2 eligible licensing for two specific firewalls: a FortiGate 401E and a FortiGate 61F. The request is for support and updates only, with vendors asked to provide pricing for both one-year and three-year license options. Bids must be itemized to show equipment costs, installation, and taxes or shipping, while clearly distinguishing between internal connections and basic maintenance of internal connections. Vendors must provide specific make, model, and SKU information, and any proposed equivalent equipment requires evidence of equivalency for district approval. Proposals must be submitted via email to David Fringer by 9:00 am Central time 29 days after the posting date. Bidders must agree to E-Rate discounted billing and certify compliance with Lowest Corresponding Price requirements and FCC restrictions on covered national security threats. Pricing must remain firm through September 30, 2027, and the project is contingent upon receiving an E-Rate funding commitment. Late submissions or generic robo-bids will be disqualified.
