NAVOCEANO intends to NON-COMPETITIVELY award a firm fixed price contract for below referenced supply requirement per FAR Subpart 13.5 IAW 41 U.S.C. 1901. No additional solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency within 5 calendar days after the date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Requirement: FY18 HYPACK Software Maintenance Intended Source: YSI Incorporated/HYPACK Rationale for non-competitive award: YSI Incorporated/HYPACK is the sole provider of the maintenance plan for their products. Anticipated Award date of December 01, 2017. The period of performance of the contract shall be for Maintenance support shall be provided for the period of 1 December 2017 - 30 November 2018. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE FULL AND OPEN WITH NO EXCLUSIONS.
