DLA Aviation - Richmond, Virginia, is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for the following NSNs and nomenclatures. DLA Aviation intends to award a sole source, long-term subsumable contract with a performance period of one, five-year option period under the umbrella contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation. Other interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than January 30, 2023. This is a Sources Sought to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, HUBZone Small Business concerns; Certified 8(a) Small Business concerns, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns, Woman-Owned Small Business concerns) to provide the required products and/or services. This Sources Sought is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposal. It does not constitute a solicitation, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the government.
