Central Ohio Behavioral Healthcare is soliciting bids for a contractor to perform preventative maintenance on compressors in our main building and forensic building.Pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled on 08/27/24 at 9:00am:Address is 2200 West Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43223 in the main (new) building. SCOPE OF WORK AND DELIVERABLES
Anticipated Contract periods: September 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025. Vendor shall provide labor, equipment and materials to complete this work. Provide a written report of current compressor status, all repair needs & deficiencies to the Plant Services Office.
Two (2) reciprocating compressors located in COBH main building. Quarterly Maintenance: Service is to be performed in September, December, March, June. Check oil Inspect valves. Clean the carbon from valves and head. Check and tighten all bolts, nuts, etc. Inspect unloader assembly. Check operation of low oil guard. Check belt tension Record the pump-up time for each pump on each compressor Change “Quin-Cip” lubricant Torque pulley clamp screws or jamnut Provide a written report of current compressor status, all repair needs & deficiencies to the Plant Services Office.
