All dredging and dewatering will be completed utilizing floating water-based equipment. The Contractor is responsible for coordinating the acceptance of material with the Contractor’s selected disposal facility, forming any necessary contracts with the selected disposal facility, and coordination with regulatory agencies such as MADEP and others as applicable to permit the disposal.
