The acquisition is for Twelve (12) Brand Name or equal Piper Enclosed Tray Delivery Cart, Aluminum, AD-20 with Optional accessories: set of 4 non-marking rubber corner bumpers and set of 4 of (5x2) Heavy-duty casters for each cart. For the minimum salient characteristics and specifications for - Attachment 1 - AD-20 Spec Sheet.


1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.201, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


2. This solicitation is being issued as a(n) Request for Quotation (RFQ).


3. This acquisition is set aside 100% for SBA Certified Small Disadvantaged Business  Concerns. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 336999. The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is 1,000 Employees.


4. Questions may be submitted to the POC and Contracting Officer listed above no later than 1400 hours (2:00PM) CDT on 10 April 2026. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered.


5. Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the POC and Contracting Officer listed above no later than 1400 hours (2:00PM) CDT on 14 April 2026 (the established deadline).


6. Quotes must be valid for Thirty (30) days after 14 April 2026 (the established deadline).


7. ALL QUOTES MUST PROVIDE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE.


8. IF SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR/SUPPLIER IS UNABLE TO MEET THE DELIVERY TERMS AFTER THE AWARD OF CONTRACT, THE GOVERNMENT WILL REQUIRED ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION FROM THE OFFEROR/SUPPLIER.


9. All price quotations must be submitted via the table shown in Attachment 2 FY26 FSS Enclosed Tray Delivery Cart Combo. Separate quotes, on company letterhead, can be provided for supplemental information, but all technical submissions must be submitted on a separate document.


10. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are presently available forth is effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.


11. Delivery is required within One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the award of the contract.
