Solicitation # ISS_GSU_2026_IHS1528751
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, acting on behalf of Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to narrowly restrict competition and conduct direct negotiations with Werfen USA LLC for the purchase of the Echo Lumena analyzer, associated reagents, and ongoing repair and support services. The contract period will last one year from the date of award, and while this notice is not a solicitation, vendors may submit capability statements by August 21, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. MDT to inform the government’s decision on whether to proceed with non-competitive procurement. No solicitation will be issued, and the government retains full discretion in determining whether to compete the requirement.
