The Texas Juvenile Justice Department is soliciting bids to install approximately 200 feet of 10-foot-tall commercial-grade chain link fencing with top, middle, and bottom rails, plus a 30-foot by 10-foot double-swing gate, at the Mart secure facility in Texas. The fencing must feature 24-inch stainless steel razor wire along the top of both the fence and gate, and all materials must match the existing fencing with a galvanized finish. Installation requires concrete footings for fence posts and core drilling in concrete areas, with exact locations designated by a red line for the fence and a yellow line for the gate in the provided attachment. The project must be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, adhering to the highest industry standards, while complying with all federal requirements including Occupational Safety and Health Act standards, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Immigration and Nationality Act, and Equal Employment Opportunity laws. All personnel must be properly qualified and certified, and the contractor must maintain workers’ compensation and commercial general liability insurance with Texas-licensed carriers rated “A” by A.M.
