The OTS Blue Thunder training ground requires a contract to assess and safely remove the precarious Blue Thunder Rappel Tower, perform subsurface support removal, properly dispose of debris, and restore the site. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, fuel, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and any other necessary items for the professional demolition of the rappel tower. Please rview the attached "Draft" SOW for further instruction on what is required to complete this requirement. Review the attached Sources Sought for instructions on how to submit your capabilites as well as any supporting documents.
