The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) requires an innovative, long-term solution to manage contaminated environmental media at Base Kodiak, Alaska. This Scope of Work (SOW) outlines a multi-phased design-build project. The contractor shall provide a complete solution encompassing initial feasibility studies for soil reduction, pilot-scale testing of advanced treatment technologies, and the final design and installation of a contaminated media segregation pad and permanent soil management facility.
