FY26 RSU 26 MIBs

District is seeking proposals for MIBs for (20) existing Ruckus switches and (85) existing Ruckus APs. All questions must be submitted by email only to the main contact Dawn Belden (dbelden@bandrconsultingservices.org) and the technical contact Jason Burgess ( jburgess@rsu26.org) listed on this form 470. No phone calls will be returned. No site visits will be conducted. Vendors must have a valid E-Rate SPIN and current SPAC. Proof of valid SPIN and SPAC must be provided with the proposal. All proposals containing quotes with equivalent equipment make/models must also provide documentation of that equivalency with the proposal. Failure to provide documentation will result in disqualification. All responding vendors must meet certification requirements prohibiting the inclusion of any products or components from Huawei, ZTE, or any other covered company designated by the FCC. We reserve the right to reject proposals from vendors who do not meet these criteria. Deadline for vendor proposals is 12:00 noon EST on 3/26/26. Failure to follow these instructions will result in disqualification.
