SOLICITATON NOTICE: The 700th Contracting Squadron (700 CONS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP)/Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a brand-name basis to authorized vendors capable of providing software support services for CRFS, Inc. brand Radio Frequency (RF)-eye nodes in support of USAFE-AFAFRICA. The anticipated award date is 01 May 2026 and is also intended to be a multiple-year IDIQ contract.


Pursuant to FAR Overhaul 6.103-1(d), a justification and approvals document is provided to support this brand-name procurement for CRFS, Inc for renewal of RFeye Node software support services. The required software support services are specifically designed for and fully integrated with CRFS, Inc. manufactured equipment, and are necessary to maintain system functionality, performance, and security. CRFS, Inc. is the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. As such, this requirement is limited to CRFS, Inc. and other authorized resellers, as no other sources can provide the proprietary software and support necessary to maintain system functionality, integration, and mission readiness.


This solicitation serves as a request for competitive quotes that meet the requirement for CRFS, Inc.-brand software support services.
