FY27 Treatment Services: Eastern District of Texas

The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas is soliciting services under a Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide substance use, mental health, and sex offense-specific assessment and treatment for federal defendants and individuals under supervision, with services to commence on October 1, 2026, and continue through September 30, 2027, subject to an optional extension for up to four additional one-year periods at the Government’s sole discretion. The primary service requirement includes urine collection, testing, and reporting for Grayson County, Texas, with performance sites required to be fully operational and compliant with federal, state, and local health, safety, and confidentiality standards. Offerors must demonstrate the ability to deliver services within the designated catchment area using qualified professionals who hold valid licenses, pass background checks with no criminal history, and maintain emergency response protocols.
