Contractors are prohibited from employing individuals under judicial supervision or engaging in any compromising relationships with probation staff. Sensitive data handling, including personal and protected health information, must comply with federal privacy regulations and prohibit storage on mobile devices, with security training mandatory. Invoicing must occur electronically by the 10th of each month using the prescribed template and be submitted to the designated address, with payment processed via EFT as registered in SAM.
