FY27 Treatment Services: Eastern District of Texas

The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas is seeking to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements for substance use treatment services targeting federal defendants and individuals under supervision, with the base period running from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The government retains the unilateral option to extend the agreement for up to four additional one-year periods, for a total maximum duration of five years, under Clause 2-90D, with mandatory notice requirements of at least 60 days for preliminary notice and no later than 30 days prior to expiration for final notice.
