THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The intended contract is a firm-fixed price. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide Veteran Aqua Wellness Program as outlined below in support of the Veterans Health Administration for veterans in the Coos Bay/North Bend area in Oregon. Potential candidates having the capabilities necessary to provide for this requirement at a fair and reasonable price are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Nazanin Kreiner at Nazanin.kreiner@va.gov no later than September 7, 1PM, Mountain Time. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company name, address, SAM UEI, and business size; point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address; whether services are presently offered on a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract, NASA SEWP, or any other Federal contract. NAICS Code 713940 with size standard of $17.5 Million, is applicable to determine business size standard. Please indicate whether proposed system is manufactured in the United States. Statement of Work (SOW) Veteran Aqua Wellness Contract With Aquatic Group Class Exercise Instructor
1. Contract Title: Veteran Aqua Wellness Program
2. Background: The Goals are increasing Physical Activity and movement exercises for Veterans Creating opportunities for Veterans that have Chronic Pain or other injuries that need gentle Exercise option available as well as creating social interactions for Veterans in our Rural Communities.
3. Scope: The Roseburg VA Healthcare System using a Whole Health Approach have a mission to improve Veteran health and wellbeing through the promotion of programs to support a healthy lifestyle and lifestyle change. The Whole Health and Wellness department implements programs that increase all areas of well-being including physical activity and healthy eating. Through partnerships in the community Veterans are granted greater access to such opportunities at clinics where resources may be more limited. 
4. Specific Tasks: This partnership with a Coos Bay/North Bend area pool is to provide all necessary labor and materials for Veteran-only free swim and the option to participate in an instructor led aqua aerobic/movement/exercise class. The contract will reserve the pool facilities for one-hour sessions three times a week for 12-month periods of performance; cost will determine whether 2 or 3 days are possible.

Supplying all equipment, materials, and instructors to accomplish task  Supplying all required safety and/or assistive equipment and personnel   Provide instruction for the Veterans wishing to participate in guided exercise class  Track attendance and provide quarterly reports on the number of Veterans who use the pool on a weekly and monthly basis. This information will be provided in an aggregated and anonymous format; no names or identifying information required.  The facility and pool must be capable of supporting a minimum of 100 Veterans per each session  The pool will have space to accommodate lap swimming/open exercise and an instructed exercise class for interested Veterans.   The pool must be in an indoor year-round temperature-controlled facility.  The facility must be in Coos Bay or North Bend, Oregon.
