Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Employment and Social Development Canada for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. This requirement for specialized SAP professional services supporting the operation, enhancement, and modernization of the myEMS (SAP) Solution, ESDC’s enterprise financial management system. The Contractor will provide senior SAP resources for Level 3 support, defect resolution, enhancements, and modernization initiatives aligned with ESDC’s and SAP’s roadmaps. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. All questions in relation to this solicitation must be sent in SAP Ariba through the Event Messages board of this RFP. Canada intends to issue a future TBIPS solicitation for the same or a similar requirement under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB).
