The contract specifies the procurement of 10 units of a dial indicating pressure gauge with part number EA23-3PJP-LWBX and NSN 6685-01-470-5211, supplied by Ashcroft Inc, under solicitation SPE4A5-26-T-300Z. Delivery is required FOB origin within 171 days, with a mandatory ship date of January 17, 2027, and an original required delivery date of January 4, 2027. The quantity must be delivered exactly as specified with no variance allowed, and inspection and acceptance occur at the destination warehouse in Tracy, California. All packaging and marking must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129, including special labeling as a delicate instrument, and palletization must conform to DLA packaging requirements. Packaging materials and methods must exclude any mercury or mercury compounds, in line with prohibitions that extend to preservation, packing, and marking, except for approved functional uses such as in specific instruments or sensors as defined by NAVSEA, and portable items containing mercury must include a secondary containment and be shock-proof. Sampling for quality assurance follows MIL-STD-1916 or a comparable zero-based plan with attribute verification levels of VII, IV, and II for critical, major, and minor characteristics, respectively, and zero non-conformances are required in sampled lots unless otherwise stated. Technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, referenced by R and I numbers, with applicable revisions determined by the solicitation or award date. Transport logistics and shipping instructions are governed by DLAD procedural notes, and the unit of issue is the each (EA) as per DoD standards.
