Notably, item unique identification is not required as per the Service customer request. The contract also encompasses strict export control measures governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR), restricting the dissemination of technical data without prior authorization from the Department of State or Commerce.
