FEDERAL SUPPLY CLASSIFICATIONS 5330/5331 CONTAIN NATIONAL STOCK NUMBERS
(NSN's) AND LOCAL STOCK NUMBERS (LSN's) THAT MAY DETERIORATE WHEN EXPOSED TO ULTRAVIOLET (UV) RAYS. THE CONTRACTUAL END ITEM SHALL BE PACKAGED AND SEALED IN A MEDIUM DUTY, WATERPROOF, GREASEPROOF, OPAQUE BAG IN ACCORDANCE WITH MIL-DTL-117, TYPE II, CLASS C, STYLE 1.
THIS REQUIREMENT APPLIES TO DIRECT VENDOR DELIVERY (DVD), FOREIGN MILITARY SALES (FMS) AND STOCK SHIPMENTS.
MERCURY OR MERCURY CONTAINING COMPOUNDS SHALL
NOT BE INTENTIONALLY ADDED TO<(>,<)> OR COME IN DIRECT
CONTACT WITH<(>,<)> ANY HARDWARE OR SUPPLIES FURNISHED
UNDER THIS CONTRACT. EXCEPTION: FUNCTIONAL MERCURY
