GASKET, SPIRAL WOUND

This contract is for the procurement of 17 spiral wound gaskets, identified by the National Stock Number 5330-01-677-2656, under solicitation number SPE4A6-26-T-06L8 issued by the Department of Defense's ASC Commodities Division. The delivery is scheduled to occur within 163 days after the award, with a required ship date of September 13, 2026, and original delivery by March 28, 2027. The items will be delivered FOB origin to the DLA Distribution facility in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. Inspection and acceptance of the products will take place at the destination, ensuring quality compliance with tailored higher-level contract quality requirements, configuration change management, and packaging standards. Packaging must meet specific DLA requirements, including protection against ultraviolet deterioration by sealing the gaskets in medium-duty, waterproof, greaseproof, opaque bags per MIL-DTL-117 standards, and palletization according to DLA procurement packaging rules. Mercury or its compounds are prohibited in packaging materials. Marking of items will follow MIL-STD-129 guidelines with no special marking codes applied. The contract includes incorporation of technical and quality requirements referenced in the DLA Master List, and the contractor is not required to apply Unique Item Identification per customer request.
