This Request for Proposals for the Gatineau Park Recreation and Maintenance Services Management Contract to manage recreational services and Maintenance in Gatineau Park (hereinafter, "the Contract") is divided into three main sections :
the Contract Clauses, which list the general terms and conditions of the Contract (Section I);
the Statement of Work, which identifies all of the general Maintenance and recreational services required (Section II);
the Site Maps, which provide detailed information on site delineation, Asset identification and location, lawn mowing limits, snow removal limits, etc. (Section III) at the following link:

Sections I, II, III and Appendixes are incorporated into and form an integral part of this Contract. The Contractor shall provide all services within the geographic boundaries shown on the maps in Section III in accordance with the quality of work and products requirements set forth in Sections I and II. Where the boundary on a map runs along a natural feature (e.g. cliff, escarpment, etc.), the Contractor's obligations shall include that Asset in its entirety. If the boundary runs along a riverbank, the Contractor's obligations extend to the water's edge, regardless of how high the water is at any given time.
