Defense Information Systems Agency/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to L-3 Technologies, Inc. for the purchase of specialized GCS devices. The GCS devices are necessary for initializing and configuring KOV-26 Talon cards for use in the L-3 Secure Voice Gateway. L-3 Technologies, Inc. is the manufacturer of the KOV-26 Talon cards, and the devices are custom-made to work with KOV-26 Talon cards by using internal parts from the L-3 Secure Voice Gateway assembly to assure compatibility with the intended deployment platform. This is not a request for competitive quotes; it is a notice of intent. However, the Government will consider all responsible sources with the capability to provide the requested items. Offerors that can provide the specialized GCS devices must contact Amy Ford at amy.ford6.civ@mail.mil no later than April 4, 2018.
