DSCR does not currently have an approved tehcnical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 8 each, Cherry Point, NC (line 0001), FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 296 days. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter RFP. A copy of the solciitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).
