Delivery is required within five days of award at FOB destination to Texarkana, ZIP 75507-5000, with no quantity variance permitted. The item is a restricted source requiring government engineering source approval, and all technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, referenced by R or I numbers, with the version in effect on the solicitation issue date or award date controlling for this simplified acquisition.
