The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Rocky Mountain Laboratories (RML), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis GeneUniversal Inc., 229A Lake Dr., Newark, DE, 19702-3320, UNITED STATES for the procurement of gene synthesis services. The following services are being procured... Gene Synthesis Subcloning Site-Directed Mutagenesis PCR Cloning Plasmid Preparation The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541380 - Testing Laboratories with a small business size standard of $15.0 M. GeneUniversal Inc. is a small business. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiated, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement. The Government plans to award a contract for this requirement within 15 days of this notice. While this synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to satisfy this requirement. The Government understands that GeneUniversal Inc. is the only vendor which can provide the requested products for NIAID.
