The District Board of Trustees of Valencia College (hereinafter called the “College”) requests qualification statements from companies interested in doing business with the College. General Contractors (hereinafter called the “Contractor”) must be prequalified to be eligible to compete in construction projects at all dollar levels that arise during the qualification period. All Contractors applying must be licensed as Contractors in the State of Florida, by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, at the time of application and, if a Corporation, registered to operate in the state of Florida by the Department of State, Division of Corporations. Minority participation is encouraged
Qualification Period: July 1, 2024- June 30, 2025
The pre-qualification evaluation criteria will be accomplished pursuant to SREF Chapter 4, Section 4.1 and Valencia College Policy 6Hx28:11-06. In order to be respondent, contractors must complete all sections of the Qualification Application, to include required forms.
