Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) requires a vendor to undertake and provide General Contractor and Construction Management Services on an “as-and-when required” basis on Granville Island, Vancouver, British Columbia.
The mandatory site visit will be held on Monday July 31, 2023 at 10:00 AM PDT.
The term of this contract is expected to be for two (2) years with the potential for three (3), one (1)-year renewal option. The anticipated value of the service is estimated to be up to $3,000,000.00 CDN per year including all applicable taxes.
