The firms who submit a Bid must meet the requirements as specified in the Invitation to Bid document posted on the Authority’s e-Procurement Portal hosted by OpenGov at https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/flysfb.The project can be generally described as:The purpose of this solicitation is to contract with qualified General Contractors within 50 miles of the Orlando Sanford International Airport, to provide various minor construction, renovation, repair, and alteration of structural and non-structural projects with a value less than $300K each.A wide range of services by various specialized trades for diverse projects on an as- needed basis for construction renovation, repair, and alteration of structural and non-structural projects are being requested in this ITB.
