The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for General Dynamics Sect'ra vIPer Universal Secure Phone with PSTN Connect Modules and 3-year extended warranty. Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a contract to General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc. located at 8201 East McDowell Road MD R3112, Scottsdale, AZ 85257. This contract will address the requirements of the TSA IT COMSEC Account Office. This Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been reviewed and approved in accordance with established TSA procedures and is hereby published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.305. Any and all redactions in this published document (that is, language marked out or deleted) have been identified and confirmed by the Government as contractor proprietary information which the Government must protect from unauthorized disclosure. The Government does not intend to respond further concerning this publication.
