Comprehensive professional airport consulting services shall include, without limitation, planning and engineering consulting services required in connection with the development and improvement of the Suwannee County Airport, including airport and environmental planning, grants administration, preparation of DBE plans, preliminary and final engineering and architectural design (including testing and surveying), preparation of engineer’s reports, technical specifications and contract documents, construction testing, construction administration and contract documents, resident engineering and inspection program management, and related professional services to accomplish and provide technical support for planning, design and construction projects at the Suwannee County Airport, and any other related task that may be requested by the Commission.
