General Maintenance Services - Labrador (excluding Nunatsiavut settlement area)

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is inviting Offerors to submit a proposal for a Standing Offer Agreement to provide general maintenance services for employee housing and RCMP detachments in Labrador, excluding the Nunatsiavut settlement area. The period for placing call-ups against this Standing Offer(s) is one year from award with two options to extend the term of the Standing Offer Agreement, each for an additional 12-month period. There is a security requirement associated with this Request for Standing Offer. Basis of selection: An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offer to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer. Offers must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit at: Bid Receiving: ATL_Procurement@rcmp-grc.gc.ca Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
