3.1 The Canadian Defence Academy requires the services of a subject-matter expert to facilitate an in-person or virtual synchronous learning event for G/FOs on critical and rare earth minerals in the Canadian arctic and why the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) should be seized with this matter.
3.2 The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) / Department of National Defence (DND) are committed to employment equity and diversity in the workplace.
