The space offered must consist of approximately 14,961 rentable square feet yielding 13,010 ANSI/BOMA square feet in Montgomery, AL. Above ground floor space is preferred. Twenty (20) structured parking spaces are required. Public transportation must be within several blocks of the offered location. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space offered must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety, Handicapped Accessibility, Seismic and Sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. Subleases are not acceptable.
