GENERAL SERVICES – ADOPT A RESOLUTION TO SUMMARILY VACATE A PORTION OF AN IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF DEDICATION (IOD) FOR PUBLIC HIGHWAY IN THE FALLBROOK COMMUNITY

The County of San Diego is executing project VAC 2025-0090 to summarily vacate a portion of an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD) for public highway purposes. The action concerns a specific area of APN 123-090-49 located at 1707 Winterwarm Drive within the unincorporated community of Fallbrook. The IOD in question was originally recorded on May 15, 1978, under File No. 78-196946. The project requires the formal adoption of a resolution by the County of San Diego Board of Supervisors to vacate the easement and the subsequent filing of a Notice of Exemption with the Recorder/County Clerk. This action is exempt from CEQA under Guidelines sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3), as it is determined that the project will not cause a physical change in the environment or result in any reasonably foreseeable environmental effects.
