General Vendor List Application Fiscal Year 2026-2027

The City of Palm Desert Finance Department is establishing a general vendor list for the 2026-2027 fiscal year to identify qualified providers of general goods, contractual services, and professional services. This Request for Qualification is specifically for procurements valued up to $250,000 that do not require prevailing wage or DIR registration. Vendors deemed qualified and registered on these lists will be eligible to receive opportunities to submit quotes and proposals for routine city needs. The application window opens on July 1, 2026, and remains open through June 30, 2027, with a requirement for qualified vendors to reapply at least every 24 months. To be considered, applicants must submit a comprehensive online application including a signed IRS W-9, a statement of capabilities, standard pricing information, and at least three customer and supplier references.
