The Jackson County Utility Authority, hereafter referred to as Owner or JCUA, has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms for a long-term professional maintenance and service contract to include, but not be limited to: inspection, routine maintenance, rehabilitation, repair, and replacement, where necessary, of the Owner’s emergency power and standby generators. The qualifying firm shall assume full responsibility and accountability for all maintenance issues relating to the Owner’s emergency power and standby generators. It is the sole intent of this RFP to determine the most qualified firm with which the Owner may contract for these services. Proposals will be received at the JCUA office located at 1225 Jackson Avenue, Pascagoula, MS 39567, or electronically through Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com until 10:00 A.M. on July 15, 2026. Sealed proposals must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope: “PROPOSALS FOR GENERATOR SERVICE – DO NOT OPEN.” Electronic proposals may also be submitted through Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com.
