The USDA, ARS, SEA, Aquatic Animal Health Research Unit (AAHRU), Auburn, Alabama location will provide 294 RNA samples. Auburn, Alabama location is seeking a service provider to: Perform mRNA isolation from total RNA using either polyA selection or rRNA removal. Perform library preparation for Illumina sequencing. Perform paired end, 2x150bp sequencing for each sample. Provide ?25M read pairs of sequencing information for each sample, with quality of ? 80% of bases ? Q30. Provide raw demultiplexed data in FASTQ format. The requirements for this solicitation are further detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
