This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of one (1) G.5 Geographic Information System Data Architect, Level 3 for Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. The primary objective is to establish a centralized geospatial data environment within the organization’s Azure-based Unified Data Platform (UDP). This environment will enable the efficient ingestion, validation, storage, integration, sharing, and spatial analysis of geospatial data across the organization, while supporting real-time relationships between spatial data and enterprise business datasets, automation, and more consistent, data-driven decision-making. In addition, the organization is looking for a cost-benefit analysis and recommendation of options to procure a modern geospatial platform, including how these options compare and integrate with HICC’s existing spatial capabilities and data ecosystems.
