**Set aside for Indigenous suppliers - All eligible and pre-qualified suppliers have already been invited to tender**
Geomatics Services, within the Information Management Branch of the Department of Indigenous Services Canada (ISC), requires a professional services contract to support the maintenance and evolution of its Geospatial Data Infrastructure.
ISC’s Geospatial Data Infrastructure comprises ESRI ArcGIS suite of products including ArcSDE-Oracle-based geospatial databases, ArcGIS Online and Portal, web map services, web-based mapping and desktop-based applications, data update processes, map templates, standard operating procedures and other supporting documentation.
The objective of this contract is to obtain senior technical expertise to ensure the maintenance and development of a scalable, robust, well-supported enterprise geospatial data infrastructure for ISC. This includes project management, capacity analysis, design and upgrade of the desktop-based and server-based geomatics system software, installation and configuration of new releases from Vendor (ESRI and Oracle), geographic data architecture and web development.
As a result, ISC Geomatics Services requires technical experience and expertise of six (6) resource categories to complete the work as it relates to Geomatics technology migration planning, technical work environment, detailed assessment and needs analysis.
