The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Office of Energy Projects (OEP) is seeking information to identify potential sources to provide Geotechnical and Structural Document Review for LNG Facilities. Subsequently, the purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify potential parties who possess the capabilities and interest in providing expert technical review verifies compliance with the applicable federal and or state regulations, guidelines, codes, standards, specifications, and generally accepted good engineering practices in the United States. Interested parties must submit sufficient documentation in accordance with the instructions in this RFI and current industry, best practices and standards, demonstrating their ability/experience to meet or exceed the Government’s requirements listed in this notice. (see attached RFI instructions, and SOW dated 7-17-2026).


**All interested companies are encouraged to submit responses to this RFI.  FERC currently has an established Blanket Purchase Agreement and is seeking to expand the pool of BPA holders.
