Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase GI biliary products and related items from Conmed a Vizient contract # MS1166 dated 04/01/2023 - 03/31/2026 contract awarded pursuant to their authority under section 163(3)(vi), which authorizes the purchase of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors who sell the equivalent products may, if interested, contact the Officer listed below to discuss the procurement. Concurrent with GPO contract period through 03/31/2006. In the event that contract# MS1166 is extended, SUNY Stony Brook reserves the right to extend the resulting agreement for the same term. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below.
